Stillwater Restaurant

The fine art of the bar snack is having an excellent showing in Stillwater’s bar room, adjacent to the main restaurant and with a commanding view of the river and the comings and goings around this busy precinct.

Stillwater’s menu sure makes a change from the deep fried bibs and bobs and sausage rolls that are standard on many of our local pub menus and reflects the Asian inspiration of their main menu. From 4.30pm you can enjoy a refreshing beverage and accompany it with interesting nibbles while enjoying the sunset over the river. Oyster natural and as shooters, chorizo wonton rolls with chilli jam or warm olives with rosemary oil are on the list. It’s a hard ask to decide between the spicy tempura mushrooms with yoghurt dip or the Asian coconut prawn sticks with ginger aioli as the most delicious snacky morsels sampled recently.
