Top Sparkling Wine: Milton NV Laura Sparkling Rose: Very pretty salmon pink with a soft, sherbety mousse. Strawberries with a little spice on the nose. Very clean finish but there's depth too with the fruit coming through beautifully. Dry, but with roundness and softness.
