This spicy and red cherry scented pinot from the Frogmore team is bright, fresh and lively. The medium weight is perfect for antipasto spreads and char-grilled seafood like octopus but 42 Degrees South Pinot also has enough substance for robust pasta dishes, pizza or a juicy piece of eye fillet. In short, it is the all-purpose, dining pinot noir.
Fruit source is split roughly 50/50 between northern Relbia and the Coal Valley in the south of Tasmania.
