The Bortolomiol estate has been in the family since 1760, with Prosecco production beginning in 1949. Today the family company is run by Ottavaia Bortolomiol and her four daughters, which may account for the finesse of both the wine and the packaging. Exquisite.
The DOCG Prosecco Superiore is fragrant and dry with soft, flummery-like texture and the characteristic refreshing hint of bitterness on the finish.
2009 Filanda Rose Brut is made from 100% Pinot. The colour is pale and delicate with old-fashioned pink rose hues. Extremely well balanced.

We specialise in the best of premium pinot noir as grown so beautifully in the cool climes of Tasmania, New Zealand and southern parts of the big Australian continent. Our love for pinot extends to its sibling styles pinot gris and grigio and fizzy cousins sparkling wine and Champagne, even when they don’t contain pinot noir.
