Burn Cottage 2019 Sauvage Vineyard Pinot Noir

Marquis & Dianne Sauvage planted their vines in 2003 at the foot of the Pisa Range in the Cromwell sub-region of Central Otago.  Ted Lemon of California's Littorai provided consultancy advice with regard to site selection and biodynamic practices. Claire Mulholland is the Burn Cottage winemaker.

Burn Cottage 2019 'Sauvage Vineyard' Pinot Noir: Marquis Sauvage purchased the property around 5 years ago so that they could have a consistent, biodynamically farmed site in the Bannockburn sub-region. This is the second vintage release.
