Palliser Estate was established more nearly three decades ago, with the first grapes were harvested in 1989. Today, the vineyard has spread across 92 hectares encompassing Martinborough's free-draining and fertile soils.
Michele's notes: Dark and brambly; meaty with spice & tomato confit. Lots of fabulous Martinborough grunt but well-rounded and drinking so smoothly.
Organic, unfined, unfiltered.
