Milton 2020 Pinot Noir
Winery : Milton Vineyard
Milton Pinot Noir is produced from grapes grown on Milton's homestead block, planted in 1998, and from the earlier (1992) planted vines grown on the stony red soils of the Cranbrook block. The Milton property was first farmed in 1826 for wool. In 2005 the current custodians Kerry and Michael Dunbabin began producing wines under their own label.

Michele's notes: Glittering ruby. Typically vivacious Milton perfume with red cherry fruit, allspice, mushroom and touch of earthiness. Intense fruit, but there's subtlety too. The old vines show on the palate - layers and layers of flavour without heaviness. Fresh, fine and dry tannin finish, perfect for food.
