Moores Hill 2020/21 Pinot Noir

Moores Hill was established by the in 1997 on a sloping site in the Tamar Valley, not far from Exeter.

This excellent vintage was harvested from two sites in the Tamar Valley- the original Moores Hill site on the western bank and the Swan Bay site on the eastern side of the river. Ninety percent of the bunches were de-stemmed with the remaining 10% left as whole bunch to enhance the aromatics.
