Bellebonne 2020 Vintage Rose Sparkling

The 'Queen of Bubbles', ex Jansz winemaker Natalie Fryar, has been working on her own project Bellebonne for the last several years, as well as consulting to a number of vineyards including Kreglinger Sparkling House. Vintage Rose was the first wine released in the Bellebonne range. It is now considered to be one of Australia's top sparkling wines.

Michele's notes: Gorgeously fluffy pale salmon pink mousse. Turkish delight aromas with red berry fruits. It is plush in the mouth with a soft, creaminess but finishes with a fine tannin edge. The acid imparts a sense of refreshment but does not dominate. This is a full-flavoured sparkling rose that gets better with each sip. One of Natalie Fryar's best releases.
