Vineyard Notes ;

After years of dreaming about producing Gamay, we finally planted some on a vacant block at Three Wishes—an ideal, warm site. The 2025 vintage brought our first small crop, complemented by exceptional fruit from the Coal Valley in the south.

The Three Wishes fruit was 100% whole-bunch carbonic for three weeks, while the southern fruit was made in a juicy, Pinot-like style. The final blend captures the warmth and balance of a near-perfect season. Bright, vibrant, and full of energy, we’re thrilled to add this Gamay to the lineup.
