Sinapius Vineyard is located in Tasmania's cool north east region of Pipers River. Linda Morice (and the late Vaughn Dell) craft exquisite wines from their small, family-run vineyard.
Made from all 85% pinot noir and 15% pinot meunier from the coolest east-facing blocks, originally planted in 1998. Vintage 2017 was a low-yielding year, the grapes showing extra concentration of flavour.
