2022/23 Domaine Seguinot Chablis: Rich maritime soils from The Kimmerridgian on the right bank of the Serein give the wines their specificity and unique “iodine” character. Packs a flavour punch - flowers, melon, punchy citrus (lime), minerality. Zesty and intense in the mouth with biscuity notes at the end, pleasing depth of flavour. Complex and layered and exceedingly tasty.

2022 Domaine de Bieville Chablis: From the Louis Moreau stable. The family has been settled in Chablis since 1814 and today, Louis represents the 6th generation. Flashing green/gold in the glass. From the first sip, it elicits a 'Thank goodness I'm drinking Chablis!' Aromas of flint/smoke, citrus, and flowers. Stone and citrus fruits on the palate, tempered with crisp minerality. There's the classic touch of barley sugar/almond.
