Bricco Maiolica Barbera d'Alba: The Diano d'Alba region, and the Maiolica hill, from whence Bricco Maiolica's Barbera d'Alba hails, is one of the premium spots for the barbera variety. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, it is a fragrant, supple and velvety wine. There's a very pretty bouquet, and it's juicy in the mouth but also has a complementary and appealing gentle savouriness.
