What: Wine lovers cannot live by pinot alone! For a refreshing start to our weekend of Tasmanian pinot-related activities, join us for a tutored tasting of Pinot's sister grape Chardonnay, led by Adam Wadewitz (Tolpuddle), Jonny Hughes (Mewstone) and John Schuts (Derwent Estate).
Taste your way through some of Tasmania's crackingly good Chardonnays that have been turning heads of late, plus a benchmark wine keep things honest.
Tasting includes matching canapes by Chef Don Cameron and the Mud Bar team.
