Dalrymple 2020 Pinot Noir

Dalrymple is based at Pipers River in Tasmania but also has vineyards and growers around the state. The 2020 Dalrymple Pinot is made from the home vineyard at Pipers River and also from Coal River Valley.

Michele's notes: Medium depth, ruby hues. Vibrant cherry with overtones of cinnamon spice and an element of charcuterie. Typically lively in the mouth - the cherry fruit is energetic but tucked into the soft and enveloping mouthfeel - the overall impression is one of easy drinking.
