Home Hill 2021 Landslide Pinot Noir

Home Hill Estate is at Ranelagh in Tasmania's Huon Valley. Since the remarkable 2005 Home Hill Pinot Noir, which won the (then) Tri Nations Trophy, Home Hill in Tasmania's Huon Valley has produced a superb pinot noir vintage after vintage. Owner Terry Bennett and son Sean's meticulous viticulture of 20+ year old vines is a significant part of the magnificent Home Hill Pinot style.

Michele's notes: Deep colour with vibrant magenta flashes. Plum and dark cherry fruits and savoury elements combine on the nose with a umami/savoury touch of vegemite on buttery toast. Ultra sleek and flowing across the palate, with silkiness already evident. Fine chalky tannins to finish. Super easy to drink and its suppleness would suit a wide range of food, from antipasto dishes to slow cooked meats.
