The 2019 Ziggurat Pinot Noir is a balancing act between whole bunch carbonic maceration, and whole berry ferment, with minimal maceration. It finds a balance between spice and sweetness, in a fresh, early drinking style - its Pinot Noir, chasing a nouveau style.
