Ghost Rock Riesling

Ghost Rock's vineyard is located  Port Sorell in Tasmania's north west.

This is the island’s coolest wine growing region producing pinot noirs, rieslings and chardonnay of elegance and persistence.

Vineyard Notes;

Delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus blossom dance on the nose, mingling with a subtle hint of beeswax that adds depth and intrigue. This wine showcases a harmonious balance of floral notes, mineral expression, and fruit purity, making it a quintessential example of fine cool climate Riesling.

50% fermented in neutral oak puncheons (large format barrels) for around 3 months, giving the wine texture and complexity. The hallmark acidity provides dramatic length and liveliness, balanced by residual sugar and a creamy lees texture - offering a refreshing and vibrant profile that lingers elegantly on the finish
