ANIM Abel 2023 Pinot Noir

D&M notes; Caper berries and strawberry husk with some celery salt and ground coffee. There is also pomegranate molasses, some plum jam/ kumquat hints, leading to wet earth/topsoil

The palate has abundant vibrant energy and mouth pop Roasted mushrooms,quince and  dark meat (goose?)there is a great structure to this wine that needs time to unpack/unfurl with a big Winter feast!
