Clarence House 2024 Estate Chardonnay

From a single east-facing block of two Chardonnay clones in Block 4, overlooking the Clarence House homestead and Mt Rumney. Picked early April, whole-bunch pressed, wild fermented, and matured in tank and seasoned French oak puncheons.

Wonderfully complex, showcasing citrus and stone fruit layered with mineral and subtle spice. Elegant and seamless, with a persistent yet refreshing finish. Capable of graceful aging, though equally compelling when enjoyed young alongside thoughtful cuisine.
