The Rosé is exquisite, at first look with its clear and un-faded salmon colour, and at first sip with the flavours building subtly and deliciously with every one after. Yes, there is softness and fullness to the fruit, but the finish is refreshingly clean. Definitely a second-glass sparkling.

The Blanc de Blancs is smooth and honeyed with a gentle with the finest of bubbles. Nectar-like in the mouth with a cleansing finish.
