Elegant perfumed violets/rose petals with some forest floor funk. Delicate hints of both raspberry and blueberry. So much power beneath the primary fruit. Hints of celery salt/black olive tapenade.

Hedonistic smack, so much to unfurl. Primary red berry fruits, bakers spice. Power and finesse, hints of soy savoriness. It is both intrinsic and mystical, wanting more but happy and content with a memory to share.

Selected from over 300 barrels to a final seven. 12 months in French oak, 56% new. 12% abv
