Some good funky notes (wild yeast ferment) blood plum, sage and porcini powder along with some caramelised brown sugar.

I like the candied orange/cumquat flex, mingled with BBQ quail and some cranberries/quince. There is power, verve and intensity to this wine, great balance and structure. Superb. Hand picked wild yeast ferment, 10 months in French oak. 14% abv
