Josef Chromy Pinot Noir
Josef Chromy vineyard is at Relbia, just south of Launceston in tas's north.
An aromatic wine, opening up beautifully to reveal green tea, candied sweet orange and small red berry fruits. A bright and vivacious wine but soft and round fruit with trademark Josef Chromy ultra fine tannins. Neither light nor overly concentrated, a perfectly weighted wine for all types of poultry and pork dishes.
