D&M notes; Hints of lavender, rose petals, some cranberry and macerated cherries with a hint green cardamom and sumac.

The palate is brushed with baked rhubarb and a tang of quail bones. The tannins are supportive to the elegant blue fruits (loganberry) the oak comes to the back and mid palate to support the fruit
