D&M notes:

Opening mocha and bitter chocolate with a raspberry coulis, and earthy red soil aspect. Some wild thyme, capers (salinity) little bits of cayenne pepper.

Textural joyfulness, blood plum, clove (spice) broody,moreish. some gameness about it (roasted/charred wallaby) there is 'volume' and a third dimension about this wine (thanks MAX) hints of black olive tapenade. very moreish and an appetite enhancer!
