Merriworth 2025 Pinot Noir
Merriworth is at Tea Tree on the western edge of tas’s Coal River Valley. The 1.5Ha 'Home Block' vineyard was established in 2001 on an east-north-east block. Owner Mark McNamara is the viticulturist and winemaker.
Magenta flashes, quite deeply hued. Bold and effusive bouquet, chock full of cherry/raspberry, cinnamon spice and hints of cola. Full, soft and easy - great balance of very tasty fruit to acid and tannin. Slurpy plus!
