Bream Creek was founded in 1974 making it one of Tasmania's pioneer producers. The vineyard is situated at Marion Bay on the southern end of East Coast. Fred Peacock is the master viticulturist.
Bream Creek 2014 Vintage Cuvee: Delicate, floral and softly creamy. Nougat, cumquat and ripe mandarin characters give it a touch of the exotic. Perfect weight and roundness, with a particularly creamy mousse that makes the second glass almost impossible to resist.

Disgorged in 2018 so it has had two years to settle and soften under cork. Vineyard notes: ‘… powerful sparkling wine showing a full-bodied palate with flavours of ginger, brioche and orange blossom with excellent balance and length.’
Bream Creek NV Rose Sparkling: Aromas of canteloupe and wild strawberries, with hints of more savoury crushed coriander seed. Balanced and very tasty.
