St Michael Eppan 2020/21 Pinot Bianco: From Tyrol and the famed cooperative which was established in 1907. Divinely perfumed, with stone fruits and lanolin, and sumptuously textured.
Benanti 2020 Etna Bianco: Minerally and textured white from the volcanic slopes of Mt Etna.
Villa Sparina 2019 Gavi de Gavi Piedmont DOCG: The grape is cortese - citrus, minerals, viscosity. The signature food partner is fish; Gavi was originally produced to supply the fish restaurants of Genoa. The unique bottle shape is modelled on a C18th bottle found on the estate.
