Pecorino - Collefrisio Pecorino

The Collefrisio estate is located in the Valle del Moro which runs from the Majella mountains down to the sea in Italy's east.

The Collefrisio Pecorino has an equally fragrant & beautiful bouquet but has more edge, structure and acid. There's an intriguing array of flavours and scents from nuts to hints of orange. It finishes very dry. Jancis Robinson again describes it as 'characterful' and it is a world away from the traditional ideas of dull, flavourless Italian whites. Pecorino is a specialty of Italy's east coast, Marches and Abruzzo.
