Fat of the Land 2012 Greenock Barossa Shiraz $85: Supremely elegant, florals and spice with a creamy texture and fine tannins. With each extra sip the dark cherry characters come through. Quite beguiling.
Fat of the Land 2012 Ebenezer Barossa Shiraz $85: Dark and brooding, with extravagant spice and fresh herbs. After breathing cranberry and orange rind adds to the dark plum characters. Food friendly bitter-sweet finish with fab line of acid. Impressive. A keeper.
Fat of the Land 2012 Seppeltsfield Barossa Shiraz $85: Coffee, mocha and briary fruits which are so juicy in the mouth. There's a tantalising citrus/wet stone aroma on the nose which is quite mouth-watering. Irresistible.
