Trebbiano 70% and Malvasia 30% are harvested and co-fermented with five days of skin contact before spontaneous fermentation and ageing in concrete. Old vines, gentle extraction and minimal intervention create a textured yet vibrant white, with ripe stone fruit, delicate florals and a distinctive savoury finish.
