As soon as I lifted the cap, vibrant aromas leapt eagerly from the glass, immediately filling the air with enticing perfume. True to the style of Gala White Label Pinot, it opens with expressive notes of ripe raspberry, damson plum, hints of mocha, and soft, warming spice, layered with impressive purity and aromatic lift.
On the palate, it is smooth, supple, and beautifully balanced throughout. Lively fruit and subtle oak weave together seamlessly, creating depth and poise, while ultra-fine tannins lend a fresh, clean finish. The flavours linger gracefully and persist with elegance, making this an exceptionally versatile and approachable wine.
