Kate Hill came to Tasmania in 2006, having had 10 years winemaking experience in South Australia, France, California and Chile. She was an executive winemaker with Orlando Wyndham for four years at their Riverina winery.
2014 Kate Hill Huon Valley Pinot Noir: What a delight. And another excellent example of the 'Cradoc style' (Sailor Seeks Horse makes pinots from this area): Pretty, lifted perfume - 5% whole bunch helps. Medium density with sweetly beguiling and persistent fruit. Delectable.
