Parish Vineyards Riesling vineyard is at Sorell in Tasmania's south east. It is part of the Hill-Smith Family Estates. Labelled as 12% and DRY on the International Riesling Scale.
Michele's notes: Coconut and lime, sweet citrus, the purity of Linden blossom. Vibrant in the mouth but importantly not overtly acidic. This is what is so good about Tasmanian riesling - the long, ripening period creates full but refreshing flavours, with the acid tucked in.
