Sinapius Vineyard is located in tas's cool north east region of Pipers River. Linda Morice (and the late Vaughn Dell) craft exquisite wines from their small, family-run vineyard.
Made from all 85% pinot noir and 15% pinot meunier from the coolest east-facing blocks, originally planted in 1998.
