Fruit from three unique blocks – Il Giardino, La Roccia and Ruscello – are chosen for Sasso as they produce fruit of the highest quality. Sasso is only produced in exceptional years. The wine is medium-weighted, with soft, savoury tannins and well-balanced acidity – a style that Stefano Lubiana has always enjoyed both making and drinking.
