Michele's notes: Vivid magenta. Brambleberry fruits, white pepper and dark red roses with overlay of meaty/ferrous/liquorice notes. The perfume lifts the longer the wine breathes in the glass; it is a joy unpacking all the elements. Sleek fruit on the palate with delicious litheness and juiciness. Supremely well balanced – the oak is barely visible, adding only a delicate ‘spiderweb’ framework to support the fine fruit. All class.
