Steve Lubiana came to Tasmania from South Australia in 1990 to make quality sparkling wine in a cool climate. He realised that vision with NV Brut and Vintage sparklings, both of which have received acclaim from the earliest days.
The composition of Stefano Lubiana NV Brut sparkling is now roughly 50:50 chardonnay and pinot noir, giving it a floral/citrus freshness. Weight and depth in a dry finish.
