Stefano Lubiana 2021 Estate Pinot Noir

Stefano Lubiana pinots are sheer class. Superb perfume, pure dark fruits and impeccable balance. Granton is north of the Bridgewater Bridge just out of Hobart's northern suburbs. 

Elegant and refined but a pinot with backbone too, packs a flavour punch but with very stylish pinot traits. Biodynamic viticulture, mature vines, 'hands off' wine-making and wild yeast have given wonderful structure and texture.
