Vines were first planted at Domaine Thomson in New Zealand's Central Otago region in 2000. These elevated, north east facing terraces overlook the Cromwell Basin and comprise deep gravel with loess and clay. The vineyard practises biodynamic viticulture and is certified organic.
Umami and violet to the fore, along with coffee, cocoa and charcuterie.
