Mania 2022 Pinot is made from Tamar Valley fruit. Medium bright ruby. Characterful bouquet with meaty notes over chocolate and cherry. Hints of anise and vanilla. Bright fruit in the mouth with a sweet, cola finish. Wild yeast ferment and 10 months in old oak.
