Pipers Tasmania Sparkling

From the Kreglinger team, this is a very refreshing sparkling in a refined and austere style - the dosage is very low, making this a great sparkling for oysters and other seafood requiring a delicate accompaniment. Lemon citrus flavours evident with some minerally and salty touches.

Fruit is a mix of chardonnay and pinot noir sourced from Kreglinger's mature vines in the ultra cool Pipers River and Pipers Brook regions.
