Hints of Turkish Delight on the nose of this NV Sparkling Rose with soft red fruits, spice and a creamy mouthfeel with refreshing, dry finish.It's dry/off-dry dosage makes it particularly more-ish and well suited to sipping without food. It comes into its own though with a platter of mixed charcuterie or slightly spicy Asian dishes.
Made from 100% single clone pinot noir. Sixteen months on lees.
