Michele's notes: Deep magenta/ruby. Glorious perfume – dark cherry/berry with musk, fruit cake spices and mocha. It’s very inviting indeed. Bursts onto the palate, the delicious savoury oak notes mingle with rich fruit. The flavours are lively but also sumptuous, the tannins nicely chewy but fine, and the finish is clean and fresh, thus making it a great dinner companion. Above all, it is a wine of subdued pinot power. Cellaring proposition.
