Brinktop 2023 Pinot Noir

Brinktop was established in 2017 by experienced vignerons Gill Christian and Todd Goebel at Penna (between Richmond and Sorell) at the southern limit of the Coal River Valley in Tasmania. This is proving to be one of the best sites in the state.

Michele's notes: Complex aromas of cherry, jubey plum and meaty notes with a dash of celery salt - all very appealing. So silky in the mouth already, the fruit glides across the palate. Savoury notes on the finish are a nice foil to the fruit.
