Gibbston Valley is a pioneer Central Otago pinot producer. It was established by Alan Brady in the early '80s and he and winemaker Grant Taylor forged a formidable reputation for Gibbston Valley Pinots.
The corporate structure and personnel may have changed (the erudite Christopher Keys now makes the wines) but the pinots remain as outstanding as ever. Gibbston Valley’s Pinots can be quite muscular in structure but with all the attributes to age superbly.
