This early drinking Pinot Noir is crafted from the fabled hands of Hugh McCullough. There is a small amount of carefully managed whole bunch fruit that is treated to a separate carbonic ferment, this allows both early drinking, lightness and a hint of savoury spice. Twist in some morello cherry and a squeeze of campari like bitter orange with a touch of pomegranate.
