Bream Creek 2022 Pinot Noir

Bream Creek is one of the oldest vineyards in Tasmania, having been established on the southern end of the East Coast in 1974. Viticulturist and co-owner Fred Peacock is a master in his field and was awarded Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine 2018 Viticulturist of the Year.

Michele's notes: Vibrant hues, medium depth. Very aromatic with raspberry brioche, red cherry and candied orange peel. Lively in the mouth with nervy pinot energy - the flavours dance a fox trot across the palate and leave an indelible impression. The cherry fruits come through but there is also a note of strawberries with balsamic (umami).
