The 'Queen of Bubbles', winemaker Natalie Fryar has just released a suite of outstanding Tasmanian sparklings that stand proudly with the best from other countries.

Bellebonne 'BIS' NV Rose: 70% pinot noir, 2% pinot meunier, 28% chardonnay from Tamar Valley and Pipers River. Generous, plush, perfectly ripe Tasmanian fruit.

Bellebonne 2021 Vintage Rose: 100% pinot nor from a single vineyard in Pipers River. Barrel ferment bestows richness  and complexity. Delicate strawberry mingles with floral notes, hay and spice. Mouth-watering.

Bellebonne 2020 Vintage Cuvee: 60% chardonnay, 40% pinot noir from a single vineyard in Pipers River. Sherbet, citrus and baked pastry. Tasty and complex, nectarine and nougat on the finish.

Bellebonne 2017 Blanc de Blancs: 100% chardonnay. Pale gold with vivid green flashes. Time on lees gives added complexity. Honey, well-baked pastry, lemon and barley sugar. Savouriness on the finish with delicious celery salt lick.
